That is exactly why we are looking for you as a restaurant manager (m/f/d) who is willing to take on responsibility and actively help shape the restaurant’s operations. In this position of responsibility, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that our guests are satisfied. Your role is to create a pleasant atmosphere, maintain high service standards, and successfully grow the restaurant.
Your Responsibilities:
• Management and organization of the entire service department
• Leadership, motivation, and professional development of the team
• Scheduling and operational management of day-to-day business
• Serving as the point of contact for our guests, employees, and external partners
• Ensuring a first-class service experience and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Monitoring revenue, costs, and key financial metrics
• Planning and executing events
• Working closely with the kitchen and management
• Assisting with ordering supplies and coordinating with the kitchen
What you bring to the table:
• Several years of experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in a management role
• Experience in à la carte service and event management
• Leadership skills and organizational talent
• Passion for hospitality and an eye for detail
• Team spirit, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills; English skills are a plus
• Flexibility and resilience in day-to-day operations
