That is exactly why we are looking for you as a restaurant manager (m\/f\/d) who is willing to take on responsibility and actively help shape the restaurant\u2019s operations.<\/strong> In this position of responsibility, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that our guests are satisfied. Your role is to create a pleasant atmosphere, maintain high service standards, and successfully grow the restaurant.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Your Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Management and organization of the entire service department
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Leadership, motivation, and professional development of the team
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Scheduling and operational management of day-to-day business
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Serving as the point of contact for our guests, employees, and external partners
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Ensuring a first-class service experience and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Monitoring revenue, costs, and key financial metrics
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Planning and executing events
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Working closely with the kitchen and management
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Assisting with ordering supplies and coordinating with the kitchen<\/p>\n

What you bring to the table:<\/strong>
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Several years of experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in a management role
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Experience in \u00e0 la carte service and event management
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Leadership skills and organizational talent
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Passion for hospitality and an eye for detail
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Team spirit, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Good German language skills; English skills are a plus
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Flexibility and resilience in day-to-day operations<\/p>\n
