34 Years of Hofbräu Bamberg: We’re Celebrating Our Anniversary—Morning Beer, Bubbly, and a Dance Floor Right in the Heart of the Old Town
Yet another reason to raise a glass together. On August 15, right in the heart of Bamberg’s Old Town, we’ll be opening our doors for a full day of festivities: a laid-back morning and a night of dancing. It’s our annual way of saying thank you to everyone who makes the Hofbräu what it is.
Morning beer starting at 10 a.m.: white sausages, draft beer, and sparkling wine
The day gets off to a classic start. Starting at 10 a.m., Siggi Michl will be playing, accompanied by white sausages, freshly tapped draft beer, and, of course, sparkling wine—for those who prefer a little fizz. If you want to spend the morning at the Hofbräu, you’ll find the perfect setting here. A morning beer is all about being there—secure a spot before the benches fill up.
Starting at 8 p.m.: Indoor dance floor with lounge and R&B
As soon as the sun goes down, Hofbräu shifts gears. Starting at 8 p.m., we transform the interior into our indoor dance floor: DJ Herry Hululululu spins the tunes, Vlad the Real Saxophone provides the live sound, and Hansi & Rainer Hofbräu Percussion lay down the beat. Lounge and R&B meet our Art Deco ambiance—a combination that happens only once a year.
